The bowl has a multi-layer paper construction for strength and rigidity and to help resist cuts, and it is suitable for soup, chili, ice cream, desserts, and other dishes. The bowl's printed green and brown leaf Pathways pattern coordinates with other Pathways line products (sold separately). It is safe for use in microwave ovens. The bowl can be recycled at facilities that accept paper products containing food residue, and it is 100% compostable in commercial composting facilities; such facilities may not exist in some areas.
