A week after the Met audience cheered their joint house debuts, Leontyne Price and Franco Corelli repeated the triumph of their Il Trovatore performance for this broadcast with a cast that also featured baritone Mario Sereni, mezzo-soprano Irene Dalis, and in the brief role of Ines the young Teresa Stratas.
